What is TKTX ointment?

The TKTX cream is an anesthetic cream, more precisely a fat cream with anesthetics. It is applied externally and significantly reduces the pain sensitivity of the creamed skin areas. It has no effect on the texture of the skin, the tattoos look amazing with clean lines and rich colors.

The ointment contains the active ingredients lidocaine, prilocaine (five to seven percent) and about two percent epinephrine (adrenaline). The cream has been very successful on the market for decades. In addition to tattoos, it is also suitable for use before piercings, permanent make-up or waxing

Who is the TKTX ointment suitable for?

The numbing cream is suitable for anyone who wants a tattoo but doesn't want the endless pain. Even experienced tattooed people use the ointment, for example, for large tattoos or very sensitive areas. Tattoos on the inside of the upper arms or neck can be extremely painful. Many customers use the cream before very lengthy sessions, for example for shading demanding tattoos. The ointment also helps the tattoo artist to work in a relaxed and concentrated manner.

The TKTX ointment numbs the skin. Tattoos in bony areas, such as the wrist or collarbone, also become less sensitive to pain. The ointment works best in areas of the body with a lot of skin, muscles and fatty tissue such as the back or chest.

Order TKTX ointment – ​​what should I watch out for?

Always try the cream on a small, inconspicuous area of ​​skin. Then you can assess whether you tolerate them well and what the anesthetic effect is like. The ointment doesn't last long once opened.

Buy and apply TKTX ointment

Clean the skin with an antiseptic to remove any old dead skin cells. Apply the cream to the skin area to be tattooed. Apply cream to a slightly larger area of ​​skin than the actual tattoo, the pattern may need to be drawn slightly offset.

Thoroughly apply the cream in a thickness of one to two millimeters, not leaving out any areas, but do not massage in the cream. The area to which the cream has been applied is then wrapped airtight with cling film. The skin under the foil warms up slightly, which improves the effect.

Just before the start of the session, remove the foil and wipe off the cream thoroughly with a soft cloth without rubbing.

An exposure time of twenty to thirty minutes is indicated on the pack, it can be absorbed for up to one and a half hours.
